Refund Policy

At Legault Mon Taco , customer satisfaction is our top priority.

All our dishes are prepared to order with fresh and authentic ingredients.

1. Non-refundable orders

Given the perishable nature of our products, no refunds will be given once the order has been prepared or delivered.

2. Incorrect or incomplete orders

If an item is missing, incorrect or damaged, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at legaultmontaco@gmail.com or via our online form.
After verification, a credit or replacement may be offered as appropriate.

3. Cancelled Orders

Orders can be cancelled before preparation begins by contacting our customer service department immediately. Once preparation has started, no cancellations or refunds are possible.

4. Delivery and customer absence

Our delivery drivers arrive at the address provided at the scheduled time.
If the customer is not present to receive the order and no prior instructions have been given (leave at the door, with a neighbor, etc.), the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be given.
A new delivery can be arranged, at the customer's expense.

5. Delivery delays

In the event of a delay caused by circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, incomplete address, etc.), no refund will be possible. However, we will do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction.
