My name is Maria del Astrid. I am Canadian of Mexican and Italian heritage, and I would love to introduce you to my traditional Mexican birria, prepared using authentic recipes passed down with respect and rich in flavor.

 

From this slow-simmered birria, I prepare tacos and quesadillas made with 100% corn tortillas, crafted from nixtamal using the traditional method. I also offer artisanal sandwiches. The bread contains gluten, but it is handmade and delicately dipped in our birria consommé, honoring authentic Mexican techniques.
