3. Orders and payment

All orders must be placed online via our website or our official partners.
Full payment is required at the time of order.
We accept major credit cards and other secure electronic payment methods.
Prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD).

4. Delivery

Delivery times may vary depending on location, order volume and weather conditions.
The customer must ensure they are available at the address provided.
If the customer is absent at the time of delivery, the order will be considered delivered and no refund will be issued. A new delivery can be arranged at the customer's expense.

5. Refund Policy

Given the perishable nature of our products, no refunds will be given once the order has been prepared or delivered.
In case of error, incomplete order or missing item, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receipt.
After verification, a credit or replacement may be offered.

6. Responsibility

Legault Mon Taco is committed to delivering products that comply with hygiene and food safety standards.
We cannot be held responsible for delays, losses or damages resulting from circumstances beyond our control (traffic, weather, incomplete address, force majeure, etc.).
The customer is responsible for providing accurate information when placing the order (address, telephone number, delivery instructions).
